10. SHOPIFY
Our online store is operated using Shopify.

When our store is used, Shopify processes personal data in particular for the provision, security, and improvement of Shopify services.
This may include contact information, order information, payment information, IP address, device data, cookie information, and information about the use of our store.
Depending on the functionality used, Shopify may also use data from interactions with Shopify, our store, and other Shopify merchants to improve Shopify services, personalize shopping experiences, and – where permitted and, where required, with your consent – provide personalized advertising or marketing.
We currently use Shopify Network Intelligence. As part of this functionality, Shopify may process data in accordance with the applicable Shopify privacy terms for enhanced Shopify services.
For certain processing activities, Shopify acts on our behalf. For certain enhanced Shopify services, Shopify may itself be responsible for the respective processing of personal data.

Consent and evidence data relating to orders may be retained for as long as necessary to document the contract, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend potential legal claims.
Technical data and cookie information are retained according to their respective purpose and the services used.
Once the purpose of processing no longer applies, personal data is deleted or anonymized unless legal obligations or legitimate reasons require further retention.
19. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND FRAUD PREVENTION
As part of payment processing and fraud prevention, Shopify, payment service providers, or other participating providers may use automated systems to assess transactions for security or fraud risks.
